Born in Burano on 12 /04/1967, I fled in the 1990s from the island that was as beautiful as it was asphyxiating, and earned my living as a worker, a profession I still carry out today. Music has been for me an act of resistance to the nauseating banality of the routine of modern work, and a refuge from which I can peer into the reality that surrounds me, where I try to capture its secret plots and then describe them as much as possible through songs. I have no dreams in my drawer, I don’t even have a drawer, what I do is driven by rage against injustice and by the attraction for beauty, which as someone said, ‘maybe’ will save us.

I was born in Burano in 1967 and it was here that I developed my aesthetic sense and pleasure for colours, and it was here that my first experiments with the camera took place.
Yes, I love photography! And it was here that I became interested in music. In the 80s, Punk was entering my veins. With a group of friends we founded a band and got into it. Poi la vita mi portò lontano dall’isola. More experiences and experimentation. Paris welcomed me like a son. I spent about six years in the ‘Ville lumiere’. Then my roots brought me back from where I left, full of positive experiences and bitter disappointments. With music inside and with my instant visions.

Born in Padua on 21 09 1961, I first lived on the Asiago plateau where I began playing as a self-taught musician in 1978. After moving to Venice I entered the Conservatory and the University with poor results as I was only interested in playing for an audience. After a few years spent in night clubs, cruise ships and piano bars, in Corsica I began accompanying artists, an activity I continued in Paris from 1989 to 2010, touring the world and musical styles several times. In 1995, I met François Rabbath, becoming first his pupil, then his assistant, director of the Institute of the same name and finally artistic director for several projects.
In 2010 I returned to Venice where I opened Riviera Ristorante per Onnivori (“best restaurant in Italy” in 2015 according to Trip Advisor) developing a high research and promotion of local and healthy products (various Manifestos) until 2022 when following acqua alta of 2019 and Covid I am forced to close to return to music.
Every cloud has a silver lining.
